What this notice covers
This notice explains how Qaliber Learning LLC, doing business as QaliberLMS, handles personal information from visitors to qaliberlms.com and qaliberlearning.com (the "Site") and from people who contact our sales team.
It doesn't cover the QaliberLMS product. If your organization uses QaliberLMS, its agreement with us and its own notices govern that use.
Information you give us
Demo requests. Your name, work email, company, team size, industry, and anything you write about what you want to solve.
Pricing requests. Your name, company, work email, the number of employees you want to cover, and the price the calculator showed you.
Calls and emails. Whatever you tell us when you email [email protected] or call 1-888-790-1108.
We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send us, payment card numbers, government ID numbers or health information through the Site.
Information collected automatically
Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page you viewed, the site that sent you, your browser and device type, and your country. It doesn't use cookies or follow you across other websites.
Business visitor identification. We use RB2B, a visitor identification service. It may match a visit to business profile information, such as a person's name, job title, company and LinkedIn profile, and tell our sales team which pages were viewed. RB2B doesn't run if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (see "Your choices").
Security. The Site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block attacks. It may set a short-lived security cookie if it needs to confirm you're not a bot.
Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when a page loads.
We don't currently use advertising pixels, session recording or Google Analytics on the Site. Our Cookie Policy lists each technology in detail.
How we use it
- To answer your demo or pricing request, and to email you a copy of your quote.
- To arrange and run a demonstration, and to follow up about it. We don't put you into an automated email sequence; a person replies.
- To understand which pages are useful and which businesses are interested in QaliberLMS.
- To keep the Site secure and working, and to prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
- To meet legal obligations and defend legal claims.
Your choices
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Site doesn't load RB2B.
- RB2B opt-out. You can ask RB2B to remove your information from its database using the opt-out options in its privacy policy.
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies, or block third-party scripts, in your browser. The Site works without them.
- Email. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message or writing to [email protected].
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal our decision on a request. Email [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. You can also complain to your data protection regulator.
How long we keep it
We keep demo and pricing requests for as long as we have a business reason to, such as an active sales conversation or a customer relationship, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them. Analytics are kept in aggregated form.
Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encryption in transit. No system is completely secure. To report a security issue, email [email protected].
Children
The Site is for businesses and isn't directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Where your information is processed
We're based in the United States and process information here. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the Site or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
