09 · Multilingual employee training
Train every employee in the language they work in.
QaliberLMS runs in nine interface languages. Courses, documents, microlearning and podcasts translate with AI, and each course opens in the learner's preferred language whenever a translation exists.
The problem
When training is offered in only one language, employees who don't read that language fluently may complete it without understanding it, and the record still shows them as trained.
Compared
What you get elsewhere, and what you get here.
What you get elsewhere
- Courses in one language, with translation sent out as a separate project.
- Translated files that drift from the original the moment it changes.
- An interface that only English speakers can navigate.
- Narration recorded once, in one voice, in one language.
- No way to tell which language a person was actually trained in.
What you get from Qaliber
- AI translates a course in place: objectives, sections, on-screen labels, and the practice interactions inside each lesson.
- A translated policy or SOP is a linked copy, so it stays connected to the source it came from.
- Microlearning and podcasts translate too, and podcast scripts are recorded again in the new language.
- Lessons can be narrated in eight languages, with translated text available in many more.
- The whole interface runs in nine languages, including right-to-left Arabic.
- Each course opens in the learner's preferred language when a translation exists, and Ask Q replies in the language the question was asked in.
